Vivatec
is the UK supplier of the WristCare system, which is available
in two formats: the Home System for domiciliary use and the Nurse
Call system for residential use. Over 20,000 WristCare units have
been installed since its introduction to the market in 2000, making
it a tried and tested solution. As it is based on state-of-the-art
technology, it meets both today’s and future needs.
The
WristCare system is an easily installed personal monitoring system
with both automatic and manual alarms which can be used to summon
help for the user. A person-centric system, it monitors wellness
and life-style 24 hours per day. Carers can view the profile it
builds to evaluate changes and developments in well-being, and
plan appropriate intervention. It is extensible to include environmental
monitoring systems, as the user’s situation requires. The
WristCare system gives users improved confidence to go about their
daily activities, knowing they are being monitored and help can
be summoned
